Who we are?

Founded in 2019, IMANI is a non-profit organisation serving the public good.

Our mission: to turn pain into purpose, and silence into voice.

We fight against all forms of violence and discrimination, standing alongside women, youth, and vulnerable individuals, particularly those from disadvantaged or priority communities.

Driven by a clear ambition, IMANI strives to equip each person with the tools they need to rebuild, grow, and build a better future.

Rooted in action since its inception, IMANI supports life trajectories through concrete tools for social and professional integration — helping participants regain confidence, develop their potential, and find their rightful place in society.

What we do

We combine art, education, and mentoring to:

  • Raise awareness through theatre and storytelling
  • Educate in schools and communities
  • Inspire through role model exhibitions
  • Mobilise young people through creative challenges
  • Support women through coaching and mentoring
  • Facilitate professional integration through tailored pathways

Our vision

A world where every woman and every young person — regardless of origin or circumstance — can stand tall, free from violence, empowered by knowledge, and confident in their ability to shape their own future.
